rhi are working our client to find a Platform Delivery Lead to act as Product owner to support their Customer Identity Platform (CIP) and Data Subject Rights Platform.

You will be tasked to provide enduring expertise across customer identity, privacy and operational service management, acting as the bridge between business priorities, application stakeholders, delivery teams and technology platforms.

 Contract duration: 6 months temp contract

Based – Bangsar South KL - WFH 60/40

Working hours: 10am – 7pm - Malay time

*Applicants who are immediate or on a short notice period are preferred

The role is responsible for ensuring the Customer Identity Platform (CIP) and Data Subject Rights (DSR) services continue to deliver value, remain operationally healthy, and support 'the clients'strategic objectives.

Through stakeholder engagement, planning, operational governance, performance reporting and service leadership, you'll drive adoption, continuous improvement and successful delivery across a broad portfolio of applications and business partners.

4. CIP Initiative Management

What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional programmes and application onboarding activities.
• Proven ability to drive delivery, manage competing priorities and remove blockers.
• Strong planning, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, support and customer care teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational services, incidents, changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Technical ability to act as conduit from engineering teams to business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience managing customer facing platforms or applications

Preferred experience:

• Understanding of customer identity and Deletion/Data Subject Rights processes is advantageous.
• Large-scale application onboarding or platform rollout programmes.
• Global stakeholder management within a complex enterprise environment
• Strong product ownership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills are important for this role.
• CIAM/Identity experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Note: This role will require you to BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
