rhi are seeking a Data Administrator Analyst with experience in Vendor Master Data Management. You'll be working within a large shared services team with a global oil and gas client based in Kuala Lumpur.

We are seeking candidates that are either immediate or on a short notice period only.

Contract duration: 12 month 

Based – Bangsar South KL -  WFH 60/40

Working hours - Standard Day and some shift working - Flexible

RM: 4,000 - 4,500 per month  - Malay Temp contract

•    Accountable for the accurate, complete and timely creation, modification and de-activation of master data records in line with master data standards, governance policies and Service Level Agreements (SLA).  This includes, but not limited to vendor, material, customer, pricing and finance master data across relevant system.
•    Proactive tracking, analysis and resolution of outstanding master data issues, ensuring risks to business operations, reporting, or compliance are identified early.  Escalate in a timely manner to obtain directions, decisions, or remediation support from appropriate authority levels.
•    Ensure that all supplier or customer information research and searches are completed and clearly documented. 
•    Execute telephone calls to representatives in a variety of organisations across the globe and at all levels of seniority in accordance with standard scripts, control procedures and validation checklists.
•    Complete and track follow up checks via email and finance systems, ensuring a clear, complete, and auditable trail is maintained to evidence that proper due diligence has been performed at all stages of the case.
•    Support business continuity plan activities by ensuring continuity of critical data operations and cross location coverage as required.
•    Support KPI reporting to measures completeness, consistency, accuracy and control measures in preventing unauthorised changes.

Essential Education & Experience

• Degree in Business Management, Finance Engineering, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in master data management or related data operational role.   Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Exposure to JDE or SAP and Salesforce would be an added advantage. 
• Strong fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with additional fluency in Mandarin is added advantage.
