rhi are supporting our client to find a HR Analyst - to support their ANZ business unit from KL offices

 

Contract duration: 6 -Months with possible 6 -month extension

Working Hours: 6am - 3pm 

Based:  Bangsar South KL -  WFH 60/40

Rate: 4500 - 5500 MYR p.m

 

Responsibilities

This HR Analyst role is to provide guidance and information to employees, managers and HR on employee process and data changes, across the breadth of the Workday processes.

The analyst administers offer & onboarding, employee data changes and manages any associated cases such as work schedule, location, personal data, etc. 

In addition, the role will be required to handle live chat support and may perform helpdesk-related responsibilities. The first-tier support.

Shift work may be required to support the New Zealand retail team.

 

  • Foundational knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) 
  • Proficient in using MS Office 
  • Foundational knowledge of Reporting & Analytics (Power BI) 
  • Foundational knowledge of HR system such as Workday 
  • A continuous improvement approach; seeking simple, ‘best fit’ solutions to challenges 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or relevant experience (HR background is a plus point)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant previous experience, exposure to ANZ workforces is highly regarded
  • Quick leaver and tech savvy – multiple HR system to learn)
