rhi is recruiting for 2x Mandarin speaking WSMS Support Executives to join our client's team in KL, Malaysia, on a 6-month contract.

This role is to support end-to-end WSMS expansion—from workshop acquisition to onboarding, training, and post-go-live support. You will act as the primary point of contact for workshops, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained system usage.

• Travel may be required around Malaysia for workshops (allowance provided; own transport preferred)
• Mandarin speakers required
• Hybrid (50% field / 50% office or remote)
• Working hours: Malaysia normal working hour - (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Key responsibilities:

• Drive business development & workshop recruitment into WSMS programme
• Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned workshops
• Candidate will be supporting system and data migration
• Candidate will be monitoring onboarding progress, system usage, and adoption rates
• Conduct training sessions for:
  • Workshop owners & staff
  • Castrol Sales team & DSRs
• Support data migration, including:
  • Customer database
  • Inventory / stock list
  • Financial data (e.g. transactions, sales records)
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support
• Track performance metrics (onboarding completion, active usage, adoption rates)
• Gather feedback and recommend system/process improvements
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure rollout success

About you:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 1–2 years working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Exposure to sales, customer-facing roles, or finance processes is a plus

Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT systems / software applications
• Good communication skills (able to explain systems in simple terms)
• Problem-solving and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of data handling / Excel
• Exposure to finance concepts (invoicing, transactions) is an advantage
• Ability to work with both internal teams and external workshops
